Tonefrenzy.Com Site Policy, please read. 

TRADES: Trades can be worthwhile. Keep in mind, this site is a business with expenses. Without profit; the site closes, period! The "spare money" & favors were used up long ago. Trades have to profit the business. Still, you might have something we want, don't be bashful. 

SALES: Tonefrenzy has a pretty good Rep, we'd like to keep it! Items sold are as described; if shown in image, gear will look like image, and sound good. Other than arriving in working condition, used & vintage gear is sold with no warranty. 

RETURN POLICY: Shipping damage needs to be reported to the carrier; and Tonefrenzy immediately, for you to make possible insurance claims. Please check your purchase when received. Compensation from loss/damage from insurer only. 

Written return requests, must be received within 48 hours after delivery for broken & "dead on arrival" gear, to arrange shipping. 

RESTOCKING FEE is 15% on undamaged returns. You also pay for fully insured, return shipping with signature at delivery. This protects everyone from mysterious disappearance. 

PAYMENTS ACCEPTED: US Buyers: Payments accepted by Paypal for confirmed shipping sddress; (please), also US Cashiers Checks, Postal & Bank Money Orders, Western Union, and personal checks from US. Please: no drafts, store MOs, Money Market checks. Let's keep it simple. 

Canadian Postal Money Orders OK too. If we don't know you, Money Orders & checks, may be on "hold" up to 10 days, before shipping. 

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Payment by Paypal, Western Union & bank wire transfer. Please don't ask for shipping documents to be falsified for customs/duty etc. Airmail shipments overseas can't be insured; only parcel post and EMS (Express Mail). 

All buyers: Please consider what you are buying before your purchase. Vintage gear is sold as described, shipped in working condition, AND it comes with no warranty, sales are final. 

Not liable for incidental or consequential damages. Insured shipping in continental US. Prepaid shipping to street address, no P.O. boxes. Special circumstances offered only in writing by Tonefrenzy. No local sales/pickup unless in writing before purchase. 

Surcharge may apply to complex, rush & oversize shipments. Not liable for shipping loss or damage. Music is a pleasure, still, let's keep the business matters businesslike. Thanks! 

POSTING IN CLASSIFIEDS & BBS ETC: Please; no resellers/dealers. Few businesses invite others to compete AGAINST them, on their own turf! If you post more than a couple classifieds or pieces of gear per year, you're a reseller. You will wear out your welcome. 

NOTE RE: PARTICIPATION and personal interactions that may come with particapiting at Tonefrenzy: Most people are decent/honest, but others may try trick you for their benefit.
